LEADERSHIP FORUM EVENTS
As part of the AMC Leadership Forum, we host a series of invitation-only events bringing together senior leaders from across investment management and insurance.
Each event is built around a small, carefully curated group of industry leaders; typically chief executives, chief investment officers, chief people officers, board directors and founders meeting in a private setting under Chatham House Rule. This keeps discussion candid and lets attendees speak openly on the issues shaping their organisations.
For every event we bring in an outside expert; an academic, practitioner or specialist whose thinking is directly relevant to the topic at hand to introduce fresh perspective and ground the conversation in current research and practice.
The format is deliberately discussion-led rather than a standard presentation: the expert frames the topic, and a facilitated discussion then draws out the room's own experience and views, so the value comes as much from the peer group as from the speaker.
Alongside the discussion itself, each event is an opportunity for attendees to network with peers who are grappling with similar strategic challenges elsewhere in the industry.
