Samantha is a Principal within AMC's Global Insurance Solutions team with nearly a decade of experience in executive search within financial services. She leads searches across the UK, Bermudan and US insurance and reinsurance markets, with a particular specialism in actuarial, risk, finance and analytics functions.

Prior to joining AMC, Samantha spent nearly five years at a specialist actuarial search firm, progressing to Recruitment Director with a focus on actuarial search across Bermuda and London — developing deep market knowledge and candidate networks in one of the world's most specialist (re)insurance jurisdictions. Prior to that she held consulting roles within financial services search, building a solid foundation in the sector from the outset of her career.

Samantha holds an LLB in International Law from the University of Sheffield, having also studied at Charles University in Prague and The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
