Navin is CEO and Founder of AMC Executive Search, which he established in 2012. With 30 years' experience partnering with global financial services firms to attract, retain and develop key leadership talent, he has led some of the most senior appointments within the investment management industry, focusing on board-level search for domestic and international firms across the sector.

Prior to founding AMC, Navin was Head of the London office of an international executive search firm. Earlier in his career he held leadership roles at Fidelity International and Barclays Group and spent eight years in human capital consulting within the Global Employment Solutions team at EY.

Navin holds a BA in Modern History from University College London and a Licence in International Historical Studies from The Sorbonne (Paris IV). He has also completed the Common Professional Examination at The College of Law, London.
