Mark is a Managing Director at AMC and leads the Global Insurance Solutions team. With over 30 years' experience in executive search within financial services, his practice is predominantly focused on fixed income, with particular depth in the liability-driven investment and insurance asset management space — spanning LDI, all categories of credit and Solutions platforms. He works with insurance companies, asset managers and investment banks across London and Continental Europe, and oversees the team's broader international remit across Bermuda, the US and APAC.

In addition to his asset-side expertise, Mark is an experienced insurance leadership specialist, having appointed C-suite executives across CFO, CIO, business unit and Risk functions in life insurance, annuities, ILS and reinsurance.

Mark holds a BA (Hons) in English Literature from the University of Sheffield.
