Laetitia is a Director within AMC's Asset & Wealth Management team with 20 years' experience in executive search across the asset management industry. She has a particular specialism in public and private credit across strategies including Investment Grade, High Yield, Leveraged Loans, Structured Credit, CLOs, Asset Based Finance, Specialty Finance, Direct Lending, Real Estate Debt and Opportunistic Credit. Additionally, she has led searches spanning wider traditional and alternative asset classes, investment and research, C-suite appointments, distribution and team lift-outs.

She has executed searches for clients across the buy-side, including global asset managers, boutiques, hedge funds, funds of funds, private wealth managers and family offices. Prior to joining AMC, Laetitia co-founded an executive search boutique specialising in asset management and has also held senior roles at two of the world's leading global executive search firms.

Laetitia holds a BA in Theology from the University of Durham and studied at The Sorbonne (Paris IV).
