Laetitia is a Director within AMC's Asset & Wealth Management team with 20 years' experience in executive search across the asset management industry. She has a particular specialism in ESG, stewardship, sustainable and impact investing across public and private markets — an area of growing strategic importance to the clients she serves — and has led searches spanning traditional and alternative asset classes, investment and research, C-suite appointments, distribution and team lift-outs.

She has executed searches for clients across the buy-side, including global asset managers, boutiques, hedge funds, funds of funds, private wealth managers and family offices. Prior to joining AMC, she co-founded an executive search boutique specialising in asset management and has also held senior roles at two of the world's leading global executive search firms.

Laetitia holds a BA in Theology from the University of Durham and studied at The Sorbonne (Paris IV).
