Jane is a certified transformative workplace coach specialising in financial services, working with leaders and professionals to improve performance, strengthen professional identity and confidence, and navigate change effectively.

Her coaching approach gives clients the space and structure to access their own expertise and solutions — creating purposeful conversations that explore what lies beneath the surface, overcome negative thought patterns and embed lasting new ways of thinking, working and living.

Before moving into coaching, Jane spent 20 years in HR and recruitment within investment and private banking, developing a deep understanding of the culture, pressures and dynamics of financial services and how these impact individual performance and fulfilment — context that informs and enriches her coaching practice.

Jane holds the Accredited Diploma in Transformative Coaching from Animas Coaching School, a senior practitioner qualification accredited by all three global coaching associations: the ICF, AC and EMCC.
