James is a Principal within AMC's Global Insurance Solutions team with nearly seven years' experience in executive search within financial services, primarily focused on (re)insurance and pension solutions across the UK, Bermuda and APAC life and non-life insurance markets. He has worked with leading (re)insurers, asset managers, private equity firms and investment banks, with particular expertise in supporting professionals from actuarial, CFA and engineering or quantitative backgrounds.

James holds an MA in Contemporary Chinese Studies from the University of Nottingham and a BA in International Relations and Mandarin from the University of Portsmouth — qualifications that reflect his upbringing in China and bring a distinctive international perspective to his work.
