Hugo is a Principal within AMC's Broking & Underwriting team with over ten years' experience in executive search within the (re)insurance sector. He specialises in the London Market, working with (re)insurance brokers, Lloyd's syndicates, company market insurers and reinsurers to identify and place high-performing front office talent, with his practice extending across EMEA.

Prior to joining AMC, Hugo spent over seven years as an Insurance Consultant supporting the London Market and EMEA, before moving to a manager-level role within the insurance practice of another search boutique. This combination of long-standing boutique experience and broader market exposure gives Hugo well-established relationships across the London Market and a strong understanding of the talent landscape across all lines of business.

Hugo holds a BA in Economics and Politics from the University of Sussex.
