Henry is a Managing Director at AMC and leads the Asset & Wealth Management team. With over 25 years' experience in financial services executive search, he specialises in senior appointments within the investment management industry, advising traditional asset managers, alternative investment firms and sovereign wealth funds.

Working across the UK, Continental Europe and the Middle East, Henry has delivered senior investment hires across multiple asset classes — from Senior Analysts and Portfolio Managers to Chief Investment Officers across public and private markets. He also leads searches across capital raising and distribution as well as broader leadership roles spanning operations, human resources, legal, finance and risk.

Prior to joining AMC, Henry led the Global Investment Management Search Practice at a leading international executive search firm.

Henry read American Studies at the University of Manchester and the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
