Fabiana is the Business Manager at AMC Executive Search. She is responsible for the firm's day-to-day administrative and operational functions. She oversees office management and business support, working closely with the leadership team to ensure the smooth running of AMC's operations.

Her remit spans day-to-day office management, finance and operational improvement, including a focus on refining the firm's internal systems and processes to support greater efficiency and consistency across the business.

Prior to joining AMC, Fabiana was part of the operations team at an environmental think tank. Before that, she was the Operations Manager for a boutique executive search firm.
