Aoife is Chief Administrative Officer at AMC Executive Search, a role she has held since 2017. As a member of the senior leadership team, she holds strategic and operational responsibility across the firm's administrative, financial and business support functions — providing the operational backbone that underpins AMC's ability to deliver consistently excellent search outcomes.

Her remit spans search project operations, finance, people management and marketing. She leads the production of AMC's market insight publications and works closely with the leadership team to support client engagement and the firm's continued growth.

Prior to joining AMC, Aoife built over a decade of experience in project management, business management and client service across professional services, bringing a structured, commercially minded approach to the operational leadership of the firm.

Aoife holds a BA (Hons) in Politics from the University of Portsmouth.
