Caroline is an Associate at AMC, supporting the leadership team on office operations, client engagement and the day-to-day coordination of a busy executive search practice. She brings a structured, detail-oriented approach and a strong commitment to the standards of organisation and responsiveness that senior search mandates demand.

Prior to joining AMC, Caroline spent nearly four years as an Administrator within the property sector, working closely with a branch Director on operational support, calendar management and staff coordination and training. Prior to that she held an administrator role encompassing scheduling, client service, compliance documentation and budget management.

Caroline holds a BA in Business Management and Finance from Westminster Business School.
