Andrew is a Managing Director at AMC and leads the Broking & Underwriting team. With over 25 years' experience in executive search across financial services, his practice is primarily focused on the insurance industry, with particular strength in broking and underwriting across all lines of business. He works with both (re)insurance brokers and underwriters across the London Market, the Americas and EMEA, helping clients build and launch market-leading teams.

Prior to joining AMC, Andrew led the insurance practice at a financial services boutique, where his work included launching a new reinsurance broker, establishing an MGA and executing searches across most lines of business for brokers and underwriters. Earlier in his career he spent several years covering global markets for investment banks, providing a strong foundation for his subsequent move into insurance search.

Andrew holds a BA in Business Studies from Oxford Brookes University and an MSc in Estate Management.
