Laetitia is a Director at AMC Executive Search bringing 20 years’ experience in executive search across traditional and alternative asset classes, investment and research, c-suite, distribution and team lift-outs.

She also has particular expertise in ESG, stewardship, sustainable and impact investing across public and private markets. She has executed searches for clients across the buy-side including global asset managers, boutiques, hedge funds, funds of funds, private wealth managers and family offices. Prior to joining AMC, she co-founded an executive search boutique specialising in asset management and also previously held roles with Korn Ferry and Egon Zehnder.

Laetitia holds a BA in Theology from the University of Durham and studied at The Sorbonne (Paris IV).
